Shipping costs charged will always be the shipping costs I pay to ship your order. No extra charge, ask for a quotation before placing your order. 

Our service to you

High quality service to our customers is our standard. What you see on our website is what you get, no hidden damages or flaws with our pre-owned models. If there are issues with a model it is mentioned in the description.  Off course,pre-owned models can have boxes with some scratches, small tears etc.

Also, we have some steps we take before we ship your collectibles:

1. We send additional pictures of the models on request.

2. We confirm your order with all details of the model (also the damages/flaws with the pre-owned diecast and display models), so there is no misunderstanding what you will receive.

3. We always do a pre-shipping check of your ordered collectibles.

If you receive your order and despite above mentioned steps you have a remark, just contact us and we will try to solve the issue.
